Integrative Breathwork is the absolutely the best modality across the board for accessing holistic health and mental health.  Kim has been an avid Breathwork teacher and practitioner for over 20 years.  If you are are wanting to feel fully centered and calm this is the best practice.  This is integrated during cleanse sessions as appropriate.
